I made a little update to the section about reserve drivers to make things a bit clearer. (marked here as underlined):
Anyone who is one division above or below you (because their race is one hour before or after your race). If you recruit someone driving in the faster division, they are forced to start at the back of the starting grid. And after talking with one of the DoubleDs you might even use a friend of yours who is not in TEPCOTT, if he really is on your pace. But you are responsible for their behaviour.
